Payment
If you do not have payment information at the time of enrollment, we will place you in a reservation status until payment or fully executed payment paperwork is received. Reserved seats are not guaranteed until payment or payment paperwork is received. Class sizes are limited, so we recommend enrolling early to guarantee a place in the class.
Full payment or fully executed payment paperwork is due no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the start of the class.
Enrollment and Class Confirmation
You will receive an enrollment acknowledgment via email within three days of enrolling in a class. You will receive an enrollment confirmation via email within three days of receipt of payment for the seminar or webinar.
Participant Substitutions
Participant substitutions are permitted at any time up to the start of the class. Please notify us of substitutions prior to class start date.
Cancellations
Enrollment fee is fully refunded if cancellation is received more than 7 days prior to seminar or webinar start date.
Enrollment fees are not refunded for cancellations received within 7 days of seminar or webinar start date or if a participant fails to attend. If a participant cancels within 7 days of seminar or webinar start date, he or she may receive credit to attend another seminar or webinar at a later date.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the seminar or webinar content and presentation skills of our instructors, we will provide a full refund of your enrollment fee or apply the amount to another seminar or webinar. Please submit request for refund or enrollment in another class explaining why you are dissatisfied to Joanne McGehrin via email jpmcgehrin@federalbenefits.com.
